OUR STORY
In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, our founder Beverley Alston brought her mother home to care for her through early-stage dementia and vision loss. That experience revealed how essential mental and emotional support is alongside medical care, and it inspired Beverley to build a company where compassion and expertise coexist in every visit.
Drawing on over two decades of leadership in human services administration, Beverley launched Balanced Solutions Healthcare to fill a gap she saw firsthand: truly person-centered care delivered in the comfort of home. Her vision blends clinical excellence with emotional intelligence, ensuring each family member feels supported and understood.
